Mate if you have to ask, I'd recomend you go with another vehicle who has a bit of experience.

The car will do it easy, assuming it's driven right.

Don't even ask about tyre pressures on this forum - just look back a few posts.

They go very well when there wheels are on the sand. Not so good when the floor pan's on the sand and the ocean is washing in the drivers side door and out the passangers side door, i'snt that right Sea Rash

like GBC said, cant add to it, with tyre pressures each to their own but its pretty easy to let them down... maybe consider a sand driving course

The jeep should eat up the sand for breakfast. As for pressures, I'm 4 letting them down. Just read a 4WD monthly, or watch one of their videos to see how much they put into tyre pressures.

For the 2007 4WD Monthly ute of the year they varied the pressure in the tyres for each type of terrain they were to encounter each day. That says it all for me.

You wouldn't need to go less than say 22-24psi in such a light 4by.

funny enough they are not that light - they look like it, but as heavy I believe as a Cherokee. I had one in 1998 and eat sand / beach for breaky - must be the short wheelbase and power. You don't really have to worry about tyre pressure too much - 25psi fine.
