They seem very patchy based on reports...some around St Helena
Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone has been chasing any Winter Whiting and if they've had success. We go on holidays next week and i'm keen to get out and about in the boat over the holidays and chase some. If anyone has had any success could they let me know.

cocckle banks seem to producing the most atm, numbers still low, but the quality is excellent.
yer mate deffently there, caught about 100 of them about 1 month ago and they are there guess you gotta find em. I do have some pics but dont no how to resize em.

My dad goes fishing for winter whiting..sadly I can't give away his secret spots
2 weeks ago he caught 180 whiting at Spot X, and the week before that 140.
Hoping to go for whiting + snapper on saturday if the weather is good
mate try the compass buoy outside nudgee beach,used to do well there when i was living up that way. Cheers
