    microlen ''new twinskin hull''

australian boat building services use micro len foam in there twinskin hull
The advantages of micro len is it does not break down ,it complies with all australian standards, being a closed cell foam that is fuel resistant, absorbs only 3% water over time and one cubic m can float a 1000kg.
the benifits of the twinskin hull are due to the sadwiched microlen between two sheets of alloy , firstly family peace of mind of the bouancy factor, the foam also buffers noise for a quieter ride. The inner skin being alloy allows the owner to weld, screw, rivet or glue to with no worry of delamination, the twinskin is also neater in appearance, cleaner and allows for tangle free fishing. The large beam of the boat allows for wider fully welded side decks which inturn give the fisherman plenty of under toe room ,not having to lean over the boat

Give a man a fish, and he'll eat for a day. But ,flogging him into submission will result in him taking up crabbing.... and once he gets a taste of that sh*t, well, he may never return again.

Deiter already mentioned that he should be an advertiser to some.
Sounds kind of strange a plate alloy boat with an outer hull with no frames
and stringers , I wonder if this sandwich is made of 5083 grade alloy ?????
I mean the outer skin is held on by foam ?????
Sounds more like one of those insulated patios to me.
