Prossy / Airlie Locations

Hi there members,

I am planning on travelling up to the Prosipine / Airlie area for a few days in the start of July. I am hoping someone may be able to help me out with a few idea's of where to start and what to expect. I only have a 14ft tinnie so I am restricted as to how far I can go out though the weather being fine I would like to explore new area's.

I have also heard a lil bit about the Prossy River, both good and bad and am keen to sus it out for myself.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Plenty of safe water around Shute Harbour.
If you go in the Prossy River, watch out for the crocs.
