With a weather report for saturday being 10-15knots with lighter winds early, the plan was made to head over to the beacons to chase some late season schoolies or tuna. Anyway on the bay by 530 and the wind was blowing 15-20 knots already.Changed our pland and headed to mud to try and hide from the wind a bit. Anyway, i chucked on a 4"pumpkinseed gulp and thought i would try to catch a snapper which i have been very unsuccessful with and about 15 minutes later i got big run and after an hour landed this 11.5kg longtail on 7kg fireline. Thanks to madmackrel for the day out and his "expert" advice.
