how to fish jackals

hey,
just purchased a few jackals from japan (alot cheaper) and was wondering how you fish these with the best success, going to head to npd tomorow hopefully to give those bass a workout

let them sink down to where you think the fish are holding and just give them a slow roll back to the bank, it also helps to give the occasional pause and fish often take them on the drop.

i guess start off fishing them from the bottom and then with every 5 casts or so let the time it drops become shorter if that makes sence. I know with the colder months bass school in certain levels and unless your in the vicinty its hard.

anyways just experiment, they are a great lure and will certainly catch you a lot of bass. Just hope that you dont snag too many as it gets expensive.

i mean you can try giving them an action but most of my success has come on a slow roll off the bottom or trolling.
