clark tinny small stolen 31may07
The tinny as per photo is a Clark older model stolen late last night.
It was being utilised by Council in the new rock retaining wall at Mylestom.
Chain was partially cut through and lock broken approx 10- 11pm last night.
We have been waiting for years to have this retaining wall replaced and a lot of the crew working on it are upset personally, as they are involved with local amateur fishing.
Keep your eyes out.
Although no one is accusing anyone, description of one person seen leaving site late last night was tall with long hair.
Photo of boat attached.
Note: Outboard was not on boat when stolen.
As a ratepayer and keen fisherman, we are upset, as the work and time by the local community to ensure funding and work approval took over three years.
Keep your eyes open.
Thanks for help
Trevor
PS. Mylestom is on the Bellinger River just south of Coffs Harbour

Tinny is Clark about 3metre (10ft) dinghy type and in very average condition.
Somebody probably thought what the heck council, but us ratepayers have to end up paying for it. Also holding up the work on the riverbank.

No numbers only the clark sticker. Also lots of bow rails as per photo. Boat was older one. But the principal is they bloody well stole it.
They also (WE ASSUME SAME CULPRITS) knocked of a lot of oyster from local oyster farm as well the same night.
Hope they got some bad ones and gave the more than an upset stomach.
Mongrels especially the thieving kind, are not welcome around here.
Regards
Trevor
