There is a fair bit of slimy, sticky, lure covering weed in the passage at the moment.
Real pain in the butt.
I got 8 flatties last weekend. Nothing huge though.
They all went back in.
Most were up towards Coochin end.

I live at Bribie.. used to live at Caloundra and it's like everywhere else.. I've seen some monster flatties caught in the Passage and many many bream in the winter, but have also fished from boat and shore at Bongaree and Woorim and caught nothing... You gotto ask yourself.. Do I feel lucky ??? Well do you ?
its a lousy place to fish,there are no fish anyway,polluted,sandflies, tell all your mates dont go to bribie,(leaves more fish for me).......bob
Yeah, amen to that, and don't go to Coochin Creek either, particullary near where it joins the passage, as you will get eaten by the large crocs that live there...Originally Posted by Bob H
