    live bait in the seaway

this time last year i was fishing in the seaway n no one was catching much except one boat that keep pulling in large bream, when we asked them what they were using for bait they told me that they were using live bait cought off a wreack that was to the north of the seaway.

the boat i was in had no sounder so i was unable to find the wreack, but im looking at heading down to the seaway in a few wks and was wondering if anyone could giv eme the GPS points for this wreack??

    Many thanks

I don't have the marks for the wreck about 1km North of the seaway either. I think it is called the Aquarius?? Doesn't matter as there is a well known wreck to the South of the seaway called the Scottish Prince. Look for the Northern most shark net float just to the South of the first lifeguard tower and head SW from there for about 200m. That should get you pretty close. There is usually plenty of bait on there. GPS marks for the Scottish Prince are readily available in some of the online databases.

Normally catch yakkas, pike, and slimies off it. Not much good as live baits for bream

Id also like the marks for the Aquarius if anyone has it.

Just google gps and scottish prince, but as jeremy says, slimies are too big for bream. If they were large bream, I reckon hed be using herring for bait. Get herring under the sundale bridge. You sure he wasnt catching tailor or trevally?

Scottish Prince is south of the seaway about 1.5 miles.
