Mate the proper Watersnake ones are out and they are deffinately worth checking out before you comit to a minnkota bracket,they're not cheap (at around $140 I think) but they are a very good bracket.They consist of two alloy halves (top/bottom) that fit on via a sliding wedge,when slid up neat a cam is tightened leaving them absolutely rattle free,the cam nut can also be padlocked via a latch and pin.All in all a prety smick looking set up.
