headed out on the bay pretty late on sunday......0900am because someone loves their beauty sleep.....and also we were realy only going over to peel for a swim and a picnic..... yeah sure....

so no sooner than the boat had hit the water my eyes were scanning for the slightest bit of any feathered activity........

spotted some happening on the northern side............so off we went..as we got closer i quickly chaned from the one at the helm to the one standing at the front with the rod fully cocked,line under finger and ready to go.....i am very glad that suze is great behind the wheel!!!

for the next hour we played with the leaping bonito(about 4 landed)
landed 3 and lost 2 spotties,
and got exremely frustrated with the longtails which i am still yet to catch..
we finished the day off with prawn sangers and a swim at horseshoe bay,so all in all it was a great day.........

Gee 9am start and you still got a good feed of macks.
Nice one guys and even better in pristine conditions like we had on the weekend.

yeah the ramp was pretty packed....i got my normal spot on the grass a mile from the water

its a bermuda 5.1 c/c its a very wide and deep boat.......plenty of casting room....75 merc
