bloody hell Steve..sweet sherry and my other half is a dangerous mix....I have the barbie..can supply the prawns...when r u coming over to demonstrate???

Steve i use that marinate mixture for a few things as a base. Throw a can of mango's in and marinate steak and mud crab[cleaned green and cracked] with it for the bbq. Also for some extra zing mix a teaspoon of garlic pepper in.
