    Mud Morning

    Hi
Arrived at Mud Island 530 am first cast on plastics and I was on, undersize Flathead.
Drifted the shallows with several hits but only managed to boat Grinners and more Grinners,Moved to dirft in deeper water with no luck. Tried the river mouth on the way in on the top of the tide with no success.

    STILL BEATS WORKING

What are grinners? Are the the slender looking fish, but like a flathead but have a dopey looking grinning mouth? Any good to eat?

Also is a grassie a grass sweetlips? And again... any good to eat?

Can you use them for bait either alive or dead? Or frozen and then minced for burley?
