Two things:
1. Great fish. Kingies are one of the tougher fish to work out and anyone who catches them consistently has obviously put in the time and effort, especially in hard-fished water. Well done.

2. Second point is less positive I'm afraid.

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to take any photo's as a friend of mine has a takeaway shop and in the past I have given him some fish but this time he really pestered me to sell him some.I said just have it but he insisted he give me some money for 2 of them.Before any of you condmn me for this ,this is he first time in my life I have recieved money for fish!!!!
Anyway I will post a pic of the one left later

It's called black marketeering and it's illegal. You're free to give fish away, but if you accept money or any form of good or service, then you're breaking the law. As for your mate with the shop, he can only sell fish that he purchases from a licenced commercial fisher. Even if you give him fish he cannot turn around and sell them. Fair enough it's your first time accepting something in return, but the real risk sits with your mate, he stands to cop more if prosecuted.

Sorry to be a stick in the mud, but this type of thing gives rec fishers a bad name.
