Top catch tony! Which plastics worked best for the flatties? I've taken a couple on Berkly 3" Pogy's in the smelt colour.

Did you get the bream on plastics or bait?

To PISTOL_P No only pike and decent size ones to and some moses perch but only small.

To STEV 20V Pumpkin seed, brown colour, Gulp made by powerbait.

To 84 MICK Yep plastics are great no more smelly bait only livey's.

To MASTER DUSKY Am.ar.t or any good bait shop should have a good variety even Kmart but mostly Am.ar.t.

Tony, the flatty in the avatar pic was caught on squid before the plastics craze really took hold drifting in about 6 feet of water out the front of Swan Bay (Jumpinpin) a couple of years ago & he/she was released. Only went 78cm but hoping to better that real soon. Been catching a few lately on plastics but biggest to date is 61cm so the next 'mother' is close I can feel it.

Thought it was a jack at first the way he hit but i was happy anyway.A few small 1,s after that an a 37 bream.Dunethen Rock up tha Maroochy riveris not bad but u gotta work for them. Going out tomorrow dropen aline in for tha DIGGERS thats tha least i can do.
