    Woody Point reefs

    Greetings,
Had the day off, so up early with the kids and headed out to Woody Point reefs. First couple of throws with 3 inch pumpkin seed produced a whiting, undersize snapper and would you believe it a puffer fish. Kids picked up a few small bream and a good size flounder.
Headed around the front and picked up a nice cod on a hard body after losing first the first one to something thst didnt even give me a chance. Only using 6 kilo without a trace. That will teach me.
Kids also caught a few small snapper, sweetlip and wrasse(I think)
Trolled up a small mackerel on the way home. All in all a succesful morning for us.
It was a beautiful morning and there were hardiheads everywhere, especially near the edges of the reef.
    Sue beats working!!!

Gday Scaley Yes It Sure Beats Working. I Should Have Posted The Snapper You Got The Other Day Out There. Looks Like You Are Starting To Hit Some Form For The Canberra Trip. Well Done Again
