    Tallebudgera bar crossing

Heard the tail end of a newscast about a boat going over on the Tallebudgera Bar. Anyone know anymore?

I haven't taken anything bigger than a surfski out there, but strikes me it could get a bit ugly with a decent swell.

Boat went over at Evans Head on saturday too. A yacht also came very close at Evans on sunday. Roo said it got it's keel stuck in a sandbar trying to cross at low tide?? Bit of a worry. He managed to save it and headed for Ballina.

Rodsy and Spaniard_King - yeah could be. Could have sworn I heard them say something about 4 men and Tallebudgera, but wouldn't be the first time the media have gotten a story ass about face - esp where boats and aircraft are concerned!
