wandered down to a local spot this afternoon to flick a few plastics at the top of the tide. Started off a little slow on the powerbaits so i decided to give the gulp shrimps another go, within a few casts i landed a little gt, then very next cast in the same spot another one, this time slightly better.
Fished for an hour or so and ended up getting three pike, a moses perch, a bream and the two trevs.
That's some good fishing. I just bought some softies to try for the first time. Gonna give them a whack tomorrow. Stupidly I forgot to look up what everyone's been using before I went to the tackle store. Thankfully I saw the words Nuclear Chicken on one bag and recognised it. Hopefully they give me a bit of loving. Hehe I also almost walked out of the shop without buying jigs too would have had to tie the buggers on if I hadn't realised
