well u would deffently say its up there... and is very friendly . also has alot of people from the eatern side of australia i think more then the western but people will probably correct me on that
A moot point really - I used to browse a few sites but always ended up here because I like the 'look and feel' sort of thing, but also most of the posteres here seem to be QLD based and therefore we are all talking about issues local to us.
The Southerners seem to use Fishnet dot com dot au and there were a bunch of good and knowledgeable people there, if you are fishing Vic and southern NSW it might be worth a visit. As for size, I think that Ausfish has grown heaps in the last few years and 'dominates' this geographical area. There are a lot of those bloody Mexicans down there though...
Who cares if it is the biggest! It is definately the best.
Certainly the most entertaining.....
But seriously, there is a good knowledge base of people on here that are more than willing to provide educated input to issues in an attempt to help others, and sometimes that helps extends well beyond the keyboard.
