Re: Sunshine Coast Saltwater Fly fisher Association
Just sought of probing you guys here , we are looking at improving whats on offer from the club , I wonder what peoples thought are about casting clinics held by the club ? we would have one possibly two (if we push it) FFF casting instructors at hand , also how about species schools that run over a couple of months for example perhaps a flathead school were you would learn the best spots(landbased and from boat) ,flys to use and how to tie them what lines and rods you would need . In my opinion this would cut frustrtion time in half.
if there are any other things that you would like to see the club become invoved in post it here
I forgot to mention that although our name suggests that we are saltwater flyfishers , a lot of the club members also hit the local impoundments and creeks , thats all some guys do , so if you want to learn how to catch you favourite freshwater species on fly then we can help there too
