i think the cash registar at tackle world would have benifited if i hooked one any bigger. the rod is a shimano starlo stix tournament rod, 7'3 one piece, great rod for small hardbodies and surface lures.

the line was fireline crystal 1lb with 2lb sunline leader (the last time i used the rod was over sand flats for bream and whiting) i really like the 1lb crystal casts a mile and i've only turned it over once in 7 months.
