    Question Sand Spear

    Hi guys. Just wondering??

    I have a sand spear (12volt pump and s/s tube and sand filter system) and I have used it many times in the past on my trips to DI Point (Teewah Beach)camping to collect water for showers, washing and such.
    .
    I am pretty sure that they are not allowed to be used on that beach any more. I haven't been up there for more than a year or so as it all became too busy etc.

    Question is can the spear be used elsewher i.e. Moreton? Straddie? Anywhere?

    Anyone know???

    Raesen check the QPWS site they will tell you but yep DI and Frazer are out
