Price of a boat

I was just wondering how much a small 3 person dinghy with a small outboard (6hp) and oars and an anchor would cost? I mean the really cheap type of boat because i dont have much money.

He also thought of asking a fishing forum, and also thougt he'd get an intelligent response....

For a boat as you describe, look around the $600 to $2000 mark, pending age and condition.

Blackened is on the money m8 but with the low end scale expect to be doing regular repairs to the motor, which can add up very quickly.(speaking from personal experience here.) Keep an eye out in the for sale sectoin of this site,it wont happen over night but it will happen

I think you will pick up around 12 foot tinnie with 4 to 15hp motor for around $800. At that price the motor will be a newer model if a 4hp than if it was a 15hp. So with that theory in mind 12 foot tinnie with a 6hp will get you on the water for around that figure. You may need to add things as money becomes available but dont skimp on safety gear like life jackets.
