Makes sence Gary but he must of taken a lot off as he rang me and asked could i fix it for him.
He tried to plane out of our famous Molongle Creek and ran out off water.

You can buy aerosol cans of paint to suit most motor makes.

    See your dealer

Troy, get a can of grey primer under coat, and a can of auto paint in the colour of the leg, sray can stuff from super cheap will do it.

Sand off your skeg, and wipe it down with metho, or wax and grease remover.
Then spray a very light coat of the primer on the leg, and I mean a coat you can almost see through, then spray the top coat on a warm dry day.

Wait till dry then sand very lightly, and put on a 2 pac clear finnish any timber flooring clear will do.

That stuff is hard as hell and will stay on for years, if you don't put the 2 pac on the paint will be lucky to last 3 trips.
