need help big time

paul here i am after recipe on sabre 195-6h for baitcaster as my computer crashed last week and lost a lot of recipes
i would like complete recipe from top to bottom please thank you paul

here is one i found in my box of recipes for a Sabre 196-6 makes a 6-8kg baitcaster.. was given to me by a fella that knew his stuff, never did build one myself. but it is a starting point. i wouldn't trim without testing it untrimmed, trimming will give a harder tip..

cut 60mm from tip
guides fuji hvsg
tip #8 2.8 pipe
tip to 1st guide #8 115mm
1st to 2nd guide #8 120mm
2nd to 3rd guide #10 125mm
3rd to 4th guide #10 130mm
4thto5th guide #12 138mm
5th to 6th guide #16 172mm
6th to7th guide #20 250mm

rear 200mm - fore was 250mm in recipe, but i would personally prefer a bit shorter..
