    Wink Finally a fish

    Hit the Townsville rocks nice and early with live and strip mullet. At about 6am I got this nibble and picked the rod out of the rock crevice. Thats when the first run happened. I gave it about 5 secods and then held the reel to set the 5/0 circle hook. After 3 runs left and right and a few tangles with the other line out I landed a nice Salmon.

    That was the only fish for the morning and it went at 84cm. Nice feed tonight. After 4 weeks of early morning rises twice a week, I finally get a feed.
