hey mate nice repport, was wondering wat time you usaully hit the seaway wen you target the big eye, will be down over easter again and have tried a morning session before but was thinking it may not have been early enough, had to dodge all the surfers heading out. and one more q wat size slugs do you use
Do you guys fish everyday???? Lots of good reports there mate. I was in the local tackle shop a few days ago, and heard of a 20kg tuna landed from within the seaway mouth. Thats a bit unusual. Just goes to show how anything can happpen in the seaway. Its worth persisting with.
BEN,mostly first light and any metal slug that is shiney and a good size.
Andrew, shin and i try to fish every day we can without the cooks complaining that we are never home, they dont understand about the jack bug, there lucky it only lasts while its hot.
