Has anyone ever heard trolling device called a Paravane, Ever used one?

Yeah mate theyv'e been around for years, good method of getting a bait down to fair depths, they used to have a following amongst Mackeral trollers up north and are still available in good tackle stores !!

Yep,have used them called trolling boards too.Good for trolling barra spoons.

Yep, the good tackle shops will stock Yamashita's, they look like a yellowy-white surfboard. Get the 6' board, 3-4' barra spoon, use all mono on a handline, the doggy's love em.

They are also used a lot in fresh water lakes to get the lures down deep.
