    Palleranda beach

Hit Palleranda beach at 5am yestrday..................still dark and heaps of sand flies. Well, you get that here in the tropics. Used live mullet, mullet strips as well as tossing silver around. BUGGER ALL in 4 hours. Watched queenflish trap a ball of bait onto the stinger nets. Threw slices of metal into the fray but nothing. Saw what appeared to be small Tuna/Bonito jumping around about an hour later. Once again threw everything at them but no takers.

      Hi Corey,

That sounds scarey mate. I am considering getting on a boat in the creeks or maybe even Bohle or Haughton. I will however try some travelcalm or quells. On a very calm day I reckon I could be good for trolling around the bay for at least 1 hour but if we were to anchor up.........BUGGER!!!!

I am trying to find those sea legs.
