After about 5 years of faithfull service the Navman 5100 plotter has started to play up so it time to look at a new one.

I don't know if I want to go back to a Navman though, as I have heard bad reports from other fisho's up here in Darwin... seems that the Navman is not as water proof as they would have us all think! and the humidity is killing them.

But I have the fuel flow set up and the c-map card and user card already. So what to do???????

The sounder side of the replacement is a bit of an over kill as I run a Lowrance X102c anyway... just thought it might be nice to have a back up unit...

What other colour units use c-map for under $1000 ???


Should I go back to Navman or turf the lot and go with Lowrance/eagle or something else???
