Baby amberjack poorly iced. Use a slurry of seawater and ice as a kill tank then ice well. Flesh will be firmer, last longer and look better

Golden Trevally...
Was it caught inshore or outside could determine the colour if it was a canal fish it could just coloured from its habitat and be a silver?
