Need Help finding 1973 Evinrude 65hp Parts

Can anyone help dirrect me to find a Aluminum Housing that sits on top of the Water Pump between the pick up pipe to Engine I purchased a new water pump kit and was advised it came with it but it didn't and then was told it was no longer available. I live in the Beenleigh Area.[ATTACH]sum[/ATTACH]
