    coarl killer

    what is every ones view on the new disease that is killing the reef do you all think its from climate change or is it just some thing that happens. because i know of a beach in bowen that has no sand on it an is just all dead stag horn coarl.

    Is that a disease or the crown of thorns that is bleaching the coral?

    I don't think anyone actually knows mate!! lots of arguments over this stuff. Is it a disease, is it crown of thorns, is it pollutants like fertilizers etc, is it current temperature is it atmospheric.

    Here is one thing I do know....ITS VERY SADE!!

    i read in the Daily Telegraph yesterday that scientists were unsure of the cause though they have found no traces of bacteria. then it went on to mention global warming which is about when i turned the page....blasted propaganda
