Mackeral Rigs
Can any please help my husband.
We went fishing inshore Sunday morning and saw a few Mackeral being caught while we were bottom fishing and only catching small stuff.
What type and size of hooks and what weight of line would you recommend, please. Any secrets methods on catching these fish?
We only have a small boat and fished for the first time inshore on sunday morning, had a great time, it was a perfect day.
Thanks, you help will be appreciated.

Re: Mackeral Rigs
Debro,
try floating a pilchard on some 5/0 gang hooks with a decent leader (sharp teeth) add a small ball sinker to help it sink a little.
Try this link.
