My favourite combo is my Pflueger Trion 4735gx (loaded with 4lb high-vis fireline on one spool and 15lb Platypus superbraid on the other) stuck to my stradic 7foot 2-6kg graphite stick. It's awesome for bass, bream and other light work.

We'd have to be talking about me ol' firewolf IM-562-2FTG 5 foot 6 with a calcutta 200. (I wish it were a calcutta100). It's rated at 4-6 pounds, but I reckon it could go down a tad more. I've used 4 pound, and it was not a problem.

I know there'd be better rods around by reputation and so forth, but this thing is exactly the action I love. Can toss a tiny lure and drop it right where you want it, loads up well under presure, light to use, sensitive..I think I'm in love...
