    Bundaberg offshore

    Went offshore from Burnett heads on saturday but it was one of those too good to be true days,
    perfect weather and conditions but no fish, well not many, went home with 3 sweetlip, and had a tussle with a 2m bronze whaler before cutting it free at the boat. The pelagics were back with birds feeding on the tunas leftovers, water temp was around 29.1 deg. possibly too warm for reefies in the shallow water, 20m, ?

    Yeah thats what we thought, all those months of constant s.easterlies, finally get out there and you would think they would biting their heads off.
