Does anyone know where to cast net poddy mullet on the gold coast?
Ihave looked around but cant seem to find any. Pms me if you like. Thanks for you help.

mate they are in all the canals and creeks,
the best bet is around uper reaches and the lakes though,

there are heaps around mate

Moorie Don't know if this close enough for you but try the boat harbour at paradise point. You will get all sorts of by catch as well but I used to have a bit of luck up there.

when I was pumping yabbies near the M1 at Tallebudgera creek in the shallows I could see them come close frequently. Needless to say, I'm budgeting for a cast net this week, they got one on special at BCF in their latest catalog. $49.95 for an 8ft net incl. an aerator. Sounds like a decent deal to me.

PS: Know who owns that BCF joint? Supercrap auto apparently ....

Mate there are plenty near your place, the creek that runs beside the Biggera Waters shopping centre and the boat ramp near the mouth of the same creek from half tide down are both good spots !!!
