I see where your coming from brian![]()
i was one of the few not there ...
Was there 6:00 - 9:30 for no keepers.
Had 4 pumpkinseed Gulp shads tailed before giving up on them. 6 Grassy Emperors between 25 & 29cm. 2 Squire 28 & 33cm. All on Mullet flesh. Enough to stay interested. Not a single Grinner!
Spoke to a couple of lads drifting their tinnie parrallel to myself who said they'd boated 1 x 45cm Squire and had a similar model sharked behind Green . Was about 6 boats in that area (south of Huybners) though I didn't see many pulled up. Another cluster out from and south of the leads.

Im guessing you guys are refering to something moon phase related? On another thread someone mentioned water temp. being too warm atm and remaining that way for another month.
Please enlighten a keen but fishless novice.
Webby is being sarcastic as there are heaps of reports from Wello

Actually when we got to Mud, i was surprised at the little activity at Green & Mud (South & East anyway) and there was a handful at the northeastern marker, given the top day it was on the water. It certainly was busier at Wello!
Take Care T
PS: Hey Brian, why weren't you at Wello?
queen street u will need a licence to fish it soon

I saw a couple of monkeys trying to catch a fish but didn't know how to tie knots. But like I told T1 it is all part of the fishing experience.![]()
