Can anyone let me know how Somerset fished over the weekend? I am planning on going there is 2 week's time for the weekend, but am concerned the water level is too low???

Can you launch OK from Kirkleigh camping area? What is the water level like?

    Thanks,

Launching your boat from the bank at Kirkleagh is easy, most of the fish are at the other end of the dam though. Try hopping Masks & rolling Sliders in 18 to 28ft near The Spit and keep your lures on the bottom. Wide of Queen St is worth a go as well. Troll for yellows along the steep banks with deep divers.
