    outboards off?

    Hey guys..

    I was out at Hinze Dam today & saw the outboards banned sign & was wondering do you need to take your outboard off your boat before you fish Hinze? Or can you leave it on but just cruise around using your electric??

    Would love to start fishing for Bass now i have a boat & if could drive 10mins to do it, it would be even better...

    AS far as I'm aware, you have to take the outboard off.

    On Wivenhoe and Lake McDonald, you can leave the main engine on.

    Correct you MUST take your outboard off your boat at Hinze Dam.
