    Nudgee kayak session

    Gday
    Blue_mako and I set had a good day at nudgee yesterday.
    We were kayaking the creek trolling hb's and for me a spinner bait aswell.
    We got 3 cod , 35cm, 2 x 30cm. 1 moses, tiny, 2 bream just over legal and I got a new p.b flathead, 51 cm. I was pretty happy as I don't really fish for these guys much anymore.
    The lures that worked were sx40s, sx48s, tilsan bass and tt vortex spinnerbait 1/4 ounce. The other lures used that had hits but no fish landed were glass shad raps and ck40s.

    The stealth of kayaks makes them an appealing way to fish. They are getting more clever with kayaks these days making them more suitable for fishing with places to put rods and even compartments to keep your catch. Looks like you guys did well. Thanks for the report.
