    First Spanish of the Season

Fished Mermaid off the Gold Coast this morning, not many mackerel and those that were there were down deep, managed a 15kg Spanish on a trolled mack tuna dead bait and a School mack on a live yakka both off the downrigger, also got another Schoolie and a 3kg spottie on trolled pillies. Conditions were good with <10knts of wind. Not a bad morning and back home before lunch
