This was a full spread in the paper, I’m sure it won’t be the last we hear about it either.
Sharks aren’t vermin; they are a vital part in the eco system. I’m no tree hugger by any stretch of the imagination but I would like to see fish in the ocean and not in an oceanarium in the near future. I don’t target sharks just to kill; if I should get one then I try release the fish with no harm. These dick heads need a 12/0 stuck in around the spine and feed out as live bait. While they were doing this their were many young kids swimming in the very near vicinity, along with mums and dads. One of these guys doing the catching threatened a guy in front of his young daughter for the large shark that had washed up in front of his child. He wanted it back to keep burling for more sharks. Just wish I was their, things would have been much different.
