NIce little Jack!!!!
HI there guys just thought id post a pic of my first jack from the land. Caught on 6lb braid and 8 lb leader. Was a few hanging around so just tighteded up the drag to the last and hoped for the best. Got this one but got busted off a good few times. Lure used is the trusty old gulp shrimp. Love catching them from the land but can be a bit challenging on the light gear.

I thought the colour was not right. Could it be some sort of sweet lip.

im just saying its not a jack, go have a look at a few other pics of blokes on the site with jack, and its nothing the same! the mouth is a dead giveaway! i fish around hervey bay before xmas and caught a fair few mother in laws, or moorwong, and thast wat it looks like! they almost pull as good as a jack, but not quiet one!
