G'day
there is one there that has a square base with swivel ontop. You then slide the seat with folding back and good padding onto it.
It will NOT move like the clamp on ones, is very comphy and compact for a tinny and swivels with no effort and no ball bearings to corrode.

Hey Yamp, The go for this old fart is the pvc folding type with sss swivel on a track. Work out roughly where you want the seating, and mount the swivel in Sail Track and pop rivet the track on to the seat top. The sail track is 400 long and I can slide the seat along the track to compensate for load ,wind etc. Make sure you put stopends in the track. Seats don't move with the bum in them.
Cheers brush.

Gday Yamp, sail track: available from Whitworths ,Canvas people, it's also called rope sail track. You can also buy it off alum Merchants , you would see it on caravans ,used to fit the annexe. Real easy to fit the seat swivel in to.
Cheers brush.
