Am looking into getting an aluminium transom step with a grab rail fabricated and welded onto the starboard side on the tinny. My intent is that it will stop any spray from the ducer, provide a nice step for shallow water boarding and even a seat when fitting the snorkelling gear.

Anyone had one made (or anything similar) - what should I be expecting to pay?
