W.A pillies (good size) for $10 a 2kg block....
Big prawns.....Whole mullet.....Mullet fillets etc......

You can buy bulk hooks in the VMC 9255ps pattern which are great offshore and mackeral trolling hooks if thats what ya after......Also bulk packs of 100 in octopus pattern for offshore and whiting hooks etc.....
Definetly worth a look.....

Don't know about the sunshine coast but on the southside of Brisbane there's a guy that goes to the Beenleigh Markets every Sunday who has a pretty big sellection and if he hasn't got it he'll get it pretty damm quick.
The bugger is taking more money off me tomorrow for some jighead hooks

There is a guy in Victoria that runs a charter boat business in Westerport Bay, I have bought bulk items from him on many occasions.

He had a small website that showed the items and you would ring him up and place the order then a couple of days later it would arrive with an invoice, he wouldn't take pre-payment as he trusted people.

Anyway, I see his website has grown and developed a bit and it looks like you now order on line.

Depending on what you want, you can buy 100x 4/0's Jarvis Walker baitholder chemically sharpened for $12. We get these for Jew.... they also have 6/0's for same price but less hooks. Not sure what other bulk they have.
I went into that site and there was no price on postage so some of it could work out costing more than you would elsewhere.

Ive dealt with tweed bait a bit and any shops that stock there bait should be more than happy to get extra if you want bulk when they order their bait (providing they have the freezer space to do it). Ive dones this through a store before.
