Can't clear out my PM box

I'm being told my PM box is 100% full. I've clicked on where it says to clear all my PM's, but it doesn't seem to happen.

Any ideas?

Have sent a PM as well but also try this

While viewing your PM's you will see the following tick boxes on the right



Tick the boxes associated with the PM's you wish to delete

Then at the bottom where you see the dropdown menu, currently displaying "Move to folder" select delete as per pic



Then click on GO


To delete all PM's in your inbox or outbox you can also do the following

Click on Folder Options on the left hand side nav bar in your User Control Panel



Then in the main section of the page you will see this



Click on Empty folder for which ever folder you wish to empty and you will see this



Click on Yes to confirm deletion
