Look I understand about paying say for licences, I've been fishing all my life and when I pay for a licence I expect to know where the money goes. They say it goes to stocking rivers or dams, maybe cleaning up the river banks but all I see is the bag limits going down, fines going up and the good old fisherman getting harrassed when he finely gets to go fishing.
