Fishing Borumba Dam
Last Wednesday My young Neighbor
And I went fishing at Borumbor Dam.
The water is getting very low ,But still enough to use a boat , I have been there a few time's before and I have never seen so many fish on my Hummingbird sounder.
we tryed worm bait, Soft Plastic, Lure'sand after Four hour's not one fish was caught. We did see a lungFish it was huge !
I was told by some one ( going fly fishing ) that he thought My problem was the Bar had drop .
Dose the barometric Pressure cause
this?
Or was my sounder telling me Lie's??

Re: Fishing Borumba Dam
Hi
A fair while ago I read an article written by Steve Starling relating back a trip he had to Glenbawn dam. He had a very hot half hour bite on bass but then all was quiet. He noticed because he had a barometer in his watch that there had been a sharp dip in the pressure and that seemed to cause to the fish to go quiet. So that could be a reason.
Cheers Matt
